Know where every dollar goes, and what it brings back.
Business owners tell me the same thing: their agency or marketing hire reports once a month, in a PDF or spreadsheet that says what happened but not what to do about it. I'm an independent third-party digital marketing auditor who ties into what you're already running and gives you a custom live dashboard — open 24/7, built on the metrics that matter to you, and clear about what to do next. If you need social and paid media strategy and deployment, I do that too.
Most marketing money is spent in the dark.
You find out 30 days late.
By the time a report lands in your inbox, you have already paid for the mistake for a month.
The numbers were chosen for you.
Impressions up. Reach up. Engagement up. Revenue is a separate conversation that nobody started.
Nobody shows their work.
Ask which specific ad made you money last month. Notice how long the pause is.
You're not paranoid. Nobody's showing you anything.
This is what live looks like.
Spend, leads, cost per lead, and what came back — every platform on one screen. Change the range, change the ad platform.
| Campaign | Spend | Leads | Cost / lead | Revenue | ROAS | Status |
|---|
Spring Promo — Prospecting was shut off on —. Cost per lead had run to $214 against a $65 target for nine straight days. Killing it stopped roughly $3,180 of further spend since.
◆ Sample dashboard — demo data for an illustrative client. Yours shows your numbers, pulled from your own ad accounts.
Yours probably won't look exactly like this.
Not every business can connect ad spend to closed revenue. Some can — e‑commerce, businesses with a CRM, anyone whose booked jobs live in a spreadsheet I can read. Some can't yet, and no dashboard invents data that isn't there.
So the first thing the audit tells you is which of these numbers you can actually get today, which ones need something connected first, and which ones aren't worth chasing for a business like yours. Then the dashboard gets built around the ones that matter to you — not the ones that look good in a demo.
No two dashboards end up looking alike. Yours is built and delivered in Google's Looker Studio, so access runs on Google's own security rather than something I bolted together — you sign in with the email address you already use, and only the people you name can open it.
An independent free audit of your spend.
Before you hire anybody — including me — find out what your money is actually doing. Give me read-only access and I'll tell you at no cost.
We talk for 30 minutes
Not a pitch. I need to know what a lead is worth to you, what a good month looks like, what you're actually trying to grow, and which metrics you actually run on. The numbers mean nothing until I know that.
You grant read-only access
Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics. You own those accounts, so you can do it yourself in about five minutes. Nothing can be changed with the access I get. Running ads somewhere else too? Tell me on the call and we'll sort that access out.
I go through the last 90 days
Now that I know what matters to you: where the money went, what it produced, what's being counted as a conversion that isn't one, and what's quietly bleeding.
You get it in plain English
A follow-up conversation, walking through a live dashboard built from your real numbers. The audit covers 90 days. If you go on to a paid dashboard, it reaches back as far as your accounts hold history — usually years. If your agency is doing fine, that's what I'll tell you.
Your data stays yours.
- I never sell your data, and I never share anything that identifies your business.
- Only you and the people you give access to can see your dashboard.
- The access you grant is read-only — nothing in your accounts can be changed with it.
- You granted it, so you can revoke it yourself at any time, without asking me.
One exception, stated plainly: I may use anonymized figures — no company name, no campaigns, nothing traceable back to you — to keep general industry benchmarks current. Tell me you'd rather not and you're excluded. You don't have to explain why.
And I don't just measure it. I can run it.
Google, Meta, and wherever else you're spending — built and managed end to end. The person who can measure the spend honestly is the person who should be in charge of it — that's the whole argument, and the dashboard is how you hold me to it.
Campaigns built from scratch or rebuilt. Search, Performance Max, Meta prospecting and retargeting, local service ads — whatever the account actually needs, decided from the numbers rather than a menu.
Every change is logged where you can see it. Budget moves, new creative, keywords added or cut — with the reason and the date, on the same dashboard.
Creative and landing pages included. An ad is only as good as where it lands, so the page is part of the job, not a separate invoice.
You keep the accounts. They're in your name from day one. If we stop working together you keep the campaigns, the history, and the data.
Kill decisions get made fast. When something isn't working it gets paused in days, not at the next quarterly review.
So if you run my ads, who audits you?
Fair question, and the honest answer is that I stop being the independent party the moment I'm running your campaigns. What replaces me is the dashboard — and behind it, your own ad accounts, which you can open any time to check my numbers against the source.
My fee doesn't go up when your budget does, the accounts stay in your name, and it's month to month, so if the numbers stop making sense you can leave with everything. And if you'd rather have a second set of eyes, name anyone you like and they get access immediately.
The rest of what I do.
Live Dashboards
Custom-built for your business, always on, yours to keep. Works whether or not I run anything else.
SEO & Site Optimization
Speed, structure, and the pages that actually convert. Measured on the same dashboard as everything else.
Content & Social
Blogs and social built to get found, not just posted. Written to bring in the customers you want.
Web Apps & Interactive
Calculators, quizzes, tools, trivia. Things people share on their own, which is the cheapest traffic there is.
One person. No account managers.
I've been in digital marketing and ecommerce for over 20 years. In that time I watched a lot of ad agencies and marketing departments blur their results and come up short when someone asked them to prove it.
I was the stakeholder getting those reports, and it frustrated me every month. So I taught myself to build dashboards around the data that actually mattered to me, because I wanted to hold those people accountable. It changed how I ran everything.
Now I build them for you.
I don't charge a percentage of your ad spend.
Flat monthly fee. I don't make more when you spend more — so when I tell you to cut a campaign, it costs me nothing and saves you something. Almost every agency bills a cut of your budget. Ask yours what that does to their advice.
You talk to the person doing the work
There's no team to be handed off to after the pitch. It's me on the call and me in the account.
Every dollar traces to a campaign, an ad, and a result
If it can't be traced, it doesn't get spent. That rule is easier to keep when you can both see the screen.
No annual contracts
Month to month. If it stops being worth it, leave. Work that has to be locked in isn't working.
Based in Oklahoma City, working anywhere
The access I need is read-only and remote, so your location doesn't matter. Same person on the phone every time, wherever you're calling from.
The things people ask first.
Find out where last quarter went.
Let's start with a 30-minute call so I understand the business, then send me read-only access and I'll go through the last 90 days of your spend. You'll get a follow-up call and a live dashboard built on your real numbers. If the answer is "your agency is doing fine," I'll tell you that.
